The basic rules for using Synero, including Screen Time features and subscriptions.
Who provides Synero
Synero is provided by Alperen Demirdöğer, operating under the Wire & Fire brand in Türkiye. Questions can be sent to support@wirefire.co.
Eligibility and family use
You must be at least 16 to create a Synero account. The account holder is responsible for activity and information added through the account.
Using Synero
You may use Synero for lawful personal attention and screen-use support. Keep your account secure and do not access someone else's account, interfere with the service or misuse it to harm another person.
Screen Time and protection
Synero uses Apple Screen Time / Family Controls on supported devices. You choose what to protect and may change or remove those choices. Protection depends on device permissions, operating-system behavior, your settings and the available platform features. It may not work in every app, browser or situation. Do not rely on Synero as an emergency or safety-critical blocking tool.
Not medical advice
Synero offers tools for reflection and changing screen-use habits. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health advice.
Subscriptions and purchases
Synero may offer monthly or yearly premium subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play. The applicable store shows the current price, trial period if available, billing period and renewal terms before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew according to the store's terms until cancelled through the store account used for purchase. Refunds are handled under the store's rules. Deleting Synero or requesting account deletion does not cancel a subscription.
Your information and feedback
You keep ownership of information you add to Synero. You permit us to process it only as needed to provide the features you request, secure the service and meet legal obligations. The privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. If you send feedback, we may use it to respond to you and improve Synero without claiming ownership of your original material.
Synero and Wire & Fire materials
The app, software, interface, name, logo and original materials are protected by intellectual-property law. These terms do not transfer ownership or allow unauthorized copying, resale or distribution.
Availability and account action
Features may change as Synero develops. We do not promise continuous or error-free availability. We may restrict access for serious misuse, security risks or legal requirements. You may stop using Synero and request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
Responsibility and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, Synero is provided without guarantees beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or limits liability where the law does not allow it. The laws of Türkiye govern these terms, while preserving mandatory protections that apply where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms when Synero or legal requirements change. The latest version and date will appear here, and material changes will be communicated when appropriate.
