Privacy, in plain language.
What Synero uses to work, what stays on your device and the choices available to you.
Who is responsible
Synero is provided by Alperen Demirdöğer, operating under the Wire & Fire brand in Türkiye. He is the data controller for personal information processed through Synero. Contact support@wirefire.co for privacy questions or requests.
What Synero does
Synero helps you pause before opening selected apps or websites, set protection rules and review your choices. It is not a medical, diagnostic, therapeutic or emergency service.
Information you provide
- Account details such as email address, display name, profile photo and sign-in method, when you provide them.
- Apps and website domains you choose for protection, rules, schedules, onboarding answers and app preferences.
- Your choices when Synero asks whether you want to continue opening a protected app or website.
- Optional feedback you submit in the app or send to support.
Information created when you use Synero
- Account and device identifiers, Screen Time permission and protection status, and counts of selected apps or websites.
- Session times, interruption outcomes and summary statistics needed to show your activity in Synero.
- Subscription status, product and transaction identifiers needed to verify access. Synero does not receive your full payment-card number.
- App-use and device diagnostics processed through Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics in release builds, plus technical logs needed for security and reliability.
Screen Time and information on your device
On supported Apple devices, Synero asks for Screen Time / Family Controls permission to let you select and protect apps or websites. Apple's selection tokens stay on your device; Synero does not upload those tokens to its account database. Selected rules, some onboarding answers and interruption history are also stored locally. Synero syncs account details, permission and protection status, aggregate counts, and some session summaries to your account. Turning off Screen Time permission stops permission-dependent features but does not by itself delete your account or previously stored records.
Why information is used
We use this information to sign you in, provide and remember the protection you choose, show your activity summaries, verify purchases, respond to support, diagnose failures and protect the service. Processing relies, as applicable, on providing the service you request, your choices for optional device access, legal obligations and legitimate interests in security and reliability. Synero does not sell your personal information or use your selected apps and websites for cross-app advertising.
Providers and international processing
Google Firebase provides authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, analytics and crash reporting. Apple and Google may also process sign-in and store-purchase information when you use those services. Some information may be processed outside Türkiye. Transfers are handled under the permissions and lawful safeguards applicable to the service and your location.
Retention and deletion
Account information is kept while your account is active and only as long as needed for the purposes described here. Limited transaction, legal, security or fraud-prevention records may be kept where necessary. Provider backups may remain for a limited period until overwritten through normal backup cycles. Deleting Synero from your device removes local app data, but does not automatically erase account information or cancel a store subscription.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw optional device permissions in system settings and request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy where applicable. Email support@wirefire.co from the address linked to your account where possible. We may verify your identity before acting. Requests under Türkiye's KVKK are handled as soon as possible and no later than 30 days. Additional local rights may apply where you live.
Age and family use
You must be at least 16 to create a Synero account. If we learn that an account was created below this age without appropriate permission, we will delete it. Contact us if you believe a child's information was provided without appropriate permission.
Changes
We may update this policy as Synero changes. The latest version and date will appear here. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate. See also the terms of use.
