Privacy for your family.
A clear account of the information Mila needs, how it is used and how you stay in control.
Who is responsible
Mila is provided by Alperen Demirdöğer, operating under the Wire & Fire brand in Türkiye. He is the data controller for personal information processed through Mila. For privacy requests, contact support@wirefire.co.
Who Mila is for
Mila helps adult caregivers learn about and respond to everyday moments with children aged 4 to 12 who have ADHD or are being evaluated for it. The adult owns the account. Children do not create accounts or use Mila independently. Mila provides education and daily support, not diagnosis, treatment, medication advice or emergency care.
Information you provide
- Account information, such as your email address, name, sign-in method and support messages.
- Child profile information you choose to add, such as a name or nickname, age, goals, strengths, routines and challenges.
- Optional answers about ADHD diagnosis or evaluation, medication and professional support. These details can reveal sensitive health information about a child.
- Course progress, activities tried together, Check-in entries, daily notes and any summaries you choose to create.
- Questions and other text you submit to Ask AI, along with the replies you receive.
- Language, notification and other preferences you set.
Please enter only the child details needed for the help you want. A child's full name, photo, voice recording or medical record is not required to use the core learning material.
Information generated by the service
Mila may process account and device identifiers, sign-in and security records, feature use, subscription status and protected transaction references, plus technical logs needed to run and protect the service. Apple or Google handles store payments; Mila does not receive your full payment card number.
Why we use it
We use information to create and secure your account, show learning material and activities, save the profiles, Check-ins and daily notes you request, provide AI-assisted note summaries and Ask AI when you consent, verify paid access, answer support requests and prevent abuse. Account and service records are processed to provide Mila; limited technical records support security and reliability; payment records may be needed for legal obligations. Where required by law, optional sensitive child information is processed only with explicit, informed permission from the responsible adult. You can choose not to add diagnosis, medication or professional-support details.
Children and sensitive information
The adult account holder must have authority to provide information about a child. Mila does not sell child information or use diagnosis, medication, Check-in or Ask AI content to target advertising. Mila does not disclose a child profile or summary to a professional automatically: you decide whether to export or share it. If you have added information about a child without authority, contact us so it can be removed.
AI features, consent and service providers
Mila uses Google Gemini for AI-assisted daily note summaries and Ask AI replies. We ask for your in-app AI consent before sharing text with Google Gemini. With that consent, the daily note you choose to analyze or the question you submit to Ask AI, together with relevant context shown for the request, is sent to Google Gemini to produce the result. You can revoke AI consent in Settings. Revoking it stops new AI text requests; it does not undo a request already processed. You can still use Mila's non-AI learning features without AI consent.
Avoid adding identifying details that the answer does not need. AI replies and summaries can be wrong or incomplete. Mila does not train its own model on your child's information.
Google Firebase supports account, data storage and server functions. Google Gemini processes AI requests made with your consent. Apple and Google process purchases and device services under their own policies. A notification delivery provider may process a device token if you enable notifications. These providers receive only information needed for the relevant function and operate under their applicable terms and safeguards.
International processing and security
The providers above may process information outside Türkiye, including in the United States. Applicable transfer rules and your location may affect the safeguards required. Contact us for details about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your account. We use access controls and other reasonable measures to protect information, but no online service can promise absolute security.
How long information is kept
Account, profile and Check-in information is kept while needed to provide your account. When you request deletion, we remove or de-identify account-linked information unless a limited record must be retained for legal, payment, security or dispute purposes. Provider backups and logs may take additional time to expire through their normal cycles. Store transaction records remain with Apple or Google.
Your choices and rights
You can edit information you added, revoke AI consent in Mila's Settings, change device permissions in your device settings and ask for access, correction, a copy or deletion of your information. To delete an account or a child profile, email support@wirefire.co from your account address; we may verify that the request is yours. We handle requests under Türkiye's KVKK as soon as possible and no later than 30 days. Other rights may apply where you live. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription; manage it through Apple or Google.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when Mila or its data practices change and show the new effective date. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by another suitable means. Questions can be sent to support@wirefire.co. See also Mila's Terms & Conditions.
